Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan has apologized for not being able to make it to the 25th Kolkata Film Festival due to poor health. Now his video is becoming viral on the internet, in which he is expressing his feelings. After not reaching Amitabh, he put his point in front of the fans through video conferencing.
The video was shown on the closing ceremony of the event and now it is going viral on the internet. In the video, Amitabh said, “One of my favorite cities was KIFF’s inauguration in Kolkata in the presence of Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on 8 November 2019. Unfortunately for some reasons I could not get there. But because I had prepared the speech, I Thought it would be okay to read it for you guys in the hope that you will forgive me for my absence. ”
Amitabh said, “Thank you Mamta Di for inviting me to the prestigious Kolkata International Film Festival every time and my best wishes on the celebration of the fraternity’s Silver Jubilee.” In the video, Amitabh was seen expressing concern about the movie theaters in the fast growing digital entertainment world. Amitabh said that the films should be released on the big screen first, after that it should come online or on your devices.
Amitabh said that tickets and good content used at reasonable prices brought viewers out of the homes. Today, when men and women are walking shoulder to shoulder with each other, a lot of entertainment options have also been opened, the content has reached your homes. But the thrill of watching movies on big screens will always be there. We have to find ways to preserve these traditions. ”
