With actress Nayanthara’s name appearing as the leading lady of the movie, the buzz surrounding Atlee and Shah Rukh Khan’s film has taken a new turn. Is this correct? For over a year, Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming film has been making the rounds. Along with Rajkumar Hirani and others, Kollywood director Atlee has been mentioned as a possible collaborator with SRK.
Speculations about Atlee and SRK’s Bollywood project have been widespread recently, especially after the Fan actor’s Twitter conversation session. Rumours have now brought up Kollywood actress Nayanthara’s name, adding fuel to the already smouldering flames. Nayanthara is renowned as Tamil cinema’s Lady Superstar. Her initial journey, however, was not without its difficulties. In the early days of her media career, the actor began her career as a model and also worked as an anchor.
Nayanthara was born into a Christian family and given the name Diana Mariam Kurian by her parents. After a long period of time, the actress changed her name to Nayanthara, which is now her well-known stage name. Her father was an Indian Air Force officer, therefore she attended school in various towns across the country. She completed English Literature at Marthoma College in Thiruvalla, Kerala, after attending school in several states across the country. The actress was a model and had appeared in numerous advertisements since she was a child. She was also an anchor for a popular Malayalam television show.
Nayanthara made her Tamil cinema debut with the film Ayya, which she co-starred in fellow actor Sarathkumar. The actress was effervescent and young at the time. In that picture, she played a schoolgirl, which was a fantastic fit for her age. Billa, Arrambam, Chandramukhi, Naanum Rowdy Dhaan, Aramm, Imaikka Nodigal, Velaikkaran, Viswasam, and others are among Nayanthara’s hit films.
Nayanthara had previously acted with Atlee in films like Raja Rani (2013) and Bigil (2019). The former was Atlee’s first film, and it starred Arya, Nazriya Nazim, Jai, Sathyan, Sathyaraj, and a number of other actors. Atlee’s three consecutive films starring Thalapathy Vijay followed Raja Rani’s blockbuster triumph (Theri, Mersal and Bigil).
Nayanthara and Atlee teamed up again in Bigil, this time alongside Vijay and a brilliant cast that included Vivek, Indhuja Ravichandran, Amritha, Varsha Bollalama, and others.
