Newton Fame Amit Masurkar’s New Film’s Teaser Is Out Starring Vidya Balan As A Fierce Forest Officer

After Shakuntala Devi, Vidya Balan is back with another movie in the row releasing on 18th June – Sherni. This time Vidya is playing the role of a gorged Forest Officer. Recently an official teaser has come out wherein you can watch her playing a bold role of a forest officer who finds herself in between the conflicts of nature and humans, leading a team of locals and trackers.

Sherni is an Amazon Prime’s Original Movie, by the director of Newton, Amit Masurkar, and is amazingly written by Aastha Tiku. Watching the teaser, it seems like a power-packed action drama with a perfect pinch of comedy, sarcasm, and action. Fans of Vidya Balan once again can watch her doing a valorous character, inspiring women as always.

From the teaser, the dialogues of the movie are impressive and convincing enough for the audience to watch the movie. The most trending dialogue you can hear from Vidya in the teaser is “Jungle kitna bhi ghana kyu na ho, sherni apna rasta dhund hi leti hai”

Sherni is the second directorial piece of Amit Masurkar after Newton. Newton had officially secured a place from India in the 90th Academy Awards. Although it is just the second film of Amit Masurkar, he is quite known for his choice of movie subject. In the opinion of Amit (As he shared with the Media), the reason behind many movies these days not being able to win the hearts of cinephiles is that directors are not doing anything out of the box. He further added that some people also wish that films based on appealing subjects do not well so that they can justify their ideology of making films.

Talking about the hot and beautiful Vidya Balan, her last film was Shakuntala Devi in which she played the character of Mathematics Genius and a human calculator.
